Our event space sits in the meticulously restored and technologically enhanced 19th Century Pennsylvania Bank Barn in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania on the Red Caboose Motel property in Strasburg, PA. Wired with professional audio from Clair Bros. and theatrical lighting, this state of the art space can seat up to 200 (125 in a dinner theater setting).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Accessibility is key: Restrooms are located on the upper and lower levels of the Barn and are fully handicapped accessible. An elevator that accesses all main levels of the building from the courtyard and lower level reception area to the upper level and stage is installed. Special attention was paid to the climate control systems to ensure optimal comfort, regardless of the weather.

Perhaps the most significant feature of the main event space is a bank of south-facing windows which allow guests to take in views of the gorgeous countryside, pond and the iconic Strasburg Rail Road as it steams by. For occasions where lower light is needed, like theatrical events, hidden rolling shutters conceal the windows and darken the room.

We welcome all groups of all sizes: Retirement groups, bus groups, schools and organizations, families and more. For groups of 20 or more, we are happy to provide complimentary tickets for bus driver and tour guide.
